Shipping and Returns

At Dynamic Measurement Systems, we want your experience with us to be straightforward and worry-free. Below you’ll find details on how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and offer both standard and expedited options. International shipping is also available and is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Delivery times vary depending on the method chosen: standard U.S. shipping usually takes 5–7 business days, expedited shipping arrives in 2–3 business days, and international orders may take 10–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your door. Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to calibration services, custom orders, or high demand. If that happens, we’ll notify you right away.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Some products, such as custom, calibrated, or rented equipment, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you do need to make a return, simply email info@dynameasure.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected. You may also choose store credit if you prefer. Unless the return is due to our error, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders for in-stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom or calibration orders may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in Texas and any other states where applicable.
