Shipping Policy

In stock items are typically shipped no later than the next business day with same day shipping available. We ship using UPS, FedEx, and major freight line and offer both standard and expedited options. Customers have the option of shipping collect to their carrier accounts. International orders must be shipped with carrier charges collect to customer account to provide for efficient border clearance.

Delivery times vary depending on the method chosen: standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–6 business days, expedited shipping arrives in 1–3 business days, and international orders depend on location and customs clearance.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your door. Please note that delays can occasionally occur high demand. If that happens, we’ll notify you right away .

Warranty and Return policy

Dillon equipment has a two year warranty against defects not including damage by user. Because of the quality of the equipment , it is a rare occurrence where warranty must be addressed, However, our lab will directly make any warranty repairs at no cost to you. Our expert team can provide all the specifications on the equipment you buy by phone and email so you make the right choice. We sell factory certified, new equipment, so returns can only be received for warranty repair or replacement. We cannot refund shipped equipment orders. Order Cancellations

Orders for in-stock items may be canceled prior to shipment. Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once building has begun.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in Texas and any other states where required. If your purchase is tax exempt, contact us prior to order to arrange for receipt of your tax exempt documentation.
